All the copies you specified are not printed

Cannot print using the duplex function

Cause What to do
There is not enough memory for duplex printing. The printer prints only on the top side and ejects the paper. Decrease the printing resolution or increase printer memory. For information on installing more memory, see Memory Module for details.

[Top]

Printing resolution is lower than you specified

Cause What to do
The printer has insufficient memory to print the page at the specified print quality. The printer automatically reduces the print quality so that it can continue printing. If the quality of the printout is not acceptable, try simplifying the page by limiting the number of graphics or reducing the number and size of fonts. Lower the resolution setting.

Insufficient memory for current task

Cause What to do
The printer has insufficient memory to execute the current task. To correct the error, turn the printer off, waiting 10 seconds, and then turning it back on. If your printer cannot connect in ECP mode, the printer may not be able to print with the standard memory. However, it may be necessary to reduce the contents, lower the resolution, or add more memory to the printer. For information on installing more memory, see Memory Module.
