Access the Printer driver.

Accessing the Printer Software for Windows

Accessing the Printer Software for Macintosh

Select the desired Media Type setting that you want to use on the Main menu (Windows) or in the Print Dialog box (Macintosh).

Media Type Settings

Select the desired Paper size setting that you want to use on the Paper menu (Windows) or in the Page Setup dialog box (Macintosh).

Select Portrait (tall) or Landscape (wide) to change the orientation of your printout.

Click OK to close the driver settings dialog box.

Print your data.
