Check the margin settings in your application. Make sure that the margins are within the printable area of the page.
Check the Layout setting on the Main menu (Windows) or in the Page Setup dialog box (Macintosh). Make sure the settings are appropriate for the paper size you are using. See Page Setup Dialog Box (Mac OS X)
If you try to print using the Borderless feature and the printout includes margins, check your original photo data. In addition, the digital camera (data transmission equipment) may automatically add margins in order for the aspect ratio of the image to be adjusted.
Make sure that your printer and printer driver are appropriately selected.
Select your printer as the default printer (Windows).

If the paper is curled toward the printable side, flatten it or curl it slightly in the opposite direction.
Load and eject dry paper several times. If the problem persists, ink may have leaked inside the printer. In this event, check the photo cartridge and replace it if it has leaked.
Clear the Enhance Fine Details check box if it is checked on the Main menu in Windows or in the Print Settings dialog box in Macintosh and Mac OS X. See Quality (Windows) See Quality (Mac OS 9) See Quality (Mac OS X)
