Access the printer driver.

Accessing the Printer Software for Windows

Accessing the Printer Software for Macintosh

For Windows, select the desired Size and Type settings under Paper Options on the Main menu. Then select Portrait (tall) or Landscape (wide) to change the orientation of your printout.

Media Type Settings

For Macintosh, select the desired Paper Size and Portrait (tall) or Landscape (wide) to change the orientation of your printout on the Page Setup dialog box. Then select the desired Media Type on the Print dialog box.

Click OK to close the driver setting dialog.

Print your data.
