Accessing the Printer Software for Macintosh

The printer driver settings and utilities appear in the following dialog boxes.

Dialog Box	Settings and Utilities
Print	Media Type, Mode, Copies, Pages, Ink
Page Setup	Paper Size, Orientation, Rotate by 180 degrees, Reduce or Enlarge, Printable Area
Layout	Fit to Page, Watermark, Multi-Page, Print Order
Utility	EPSON Status Monitor, Nozzle Check, Head Cleaning, Print Head Alignment, Configuration (dialog box)

These dialog boxes can be accessed as described below.

Dialog Box	How to Access
Print	Click Print on the File menu of your application or click Options in the Page Setup dialog box.
Page Setup	Click Page Setup on the File menu of your application
Layout	Click the Layout icon button in the Print dialog box
Utility	Click the Utility icon button in the Print or Page Setup dialog box

In addition, you can access the dialog boxes below from the Print dialog box.

Dialog Box	How to Access
Background Printing	Click the Background Printing icon button in the Print dialog box
Preview	Click the Preview icon button in the Print dialog box, and then click Preview
Save File	Click the Preview icon button in the Print dialog box until the Print button changes into the Save File button, and then click the Save File button.

For Mac OS X users

The printer driver settings and utilities appear in the following dialog boxes. The settings in the Print dialog box change depending on the option selected on the pop-up menu in the Print dialog box. The settings in the Page Setup dialog box change depending on Settings selected in the Page Setup dialog box.

Print	Common in all options: Printer, Presets Copies & Pages option: Copies, Collated, Pages Layout option: Pages per Sheet, Layout Direction, Border Output Options option: Save as File Print Settings option: Media Type, Ink, Mode Color Management option: Color Management Summary option: Summary of current settings
Page Setup	Page Attributes setting: Settings, Format for, Paper Size, Orientation, Scale Summary setting: Summary of current settings
Utility	EPSON StatusMonitor, Nozzle Check, Head Cleaning, Print Head Alignment
