 Power

Turns this product on and off.

Ink Maintenance

Loads or ejects paper if pressed and released within three seconds.

Resumes printing if pressed after a paper out error.

Performs print head cleaning if held down for three seconds when the  Ink light is off.

Moves the print head to the ink cartridge replacement position when ink is out and charges ink after ink cartridge replacement.

Moves the print head to the ink cartridge replacement position if held down for six seconds.

Number of Copy

Enters Copy Mode and allows you to set the number of copies.

The number of copies increases by one up to a maximum of three when this button is pressed. The number of copies LED will change as this button is pressed.

Media Select

Selects Letter/A4 or 4"x6"/10x15 as the size of the paper set in the sheet feeder. 10x15 indicates 100 x 150 mm size paper. See Switching the Paper Size for details on how to select the paper size.

Fit to Page

Reduces or enlarges the size of the copy so that the scanned image fits on the selected size of paper.

 Start B&W

Copies in grayscale.

g

 Start Color

Copies in color.

 Stop

Stops copying or scanning. The sheet being copied is ejected.

Flashing

Indicates this product is copying, printing, receiving data, scanning, having an ink cartridge replaced, charging ink, cleaning the print head, or having the power switched on or off.

Ink

Flashing

Indicates that the ink level in a cartridge is low.

On

Indicates that an ink cartridge is empty or missing.

On

Indicates the selected paper size.
10x15 indicates
100 x 150 mm size paper.

Fit to Page

On

Indicates that the product has been set to copy the original so that it fits to the selected paper size.
