Printing on both sides of the paper

The optional Duplex Unit enables you to print on both sides of the paper.

Note:

If Staple in the Printing Menu is set to Single when stapling with the Finisher Stapler, paper is output in the same orientation as with single-sided printing ( Duplex is off). However, when Staple is set to Double, the orientation of the output page changes according to the Orientation, Binding, Staple Position and Page Size settings.

Handling the Duplex Unit

The Duplex Unit supports the following paper sizes.

A3, A4, B4, B5, Ledger, Letter, Government Letter, Legal, Government Legal, Executive, F4.

To use the Duplex Unit, select Duplex print Unit in your printer driver's menu.

Caution:

You cannot print on labels, envelopes, or transparencies with the Duplex Unit.
