About EpsonNet WinAssist/MacAssist/WebAssist
System requirements
EpsonNet WinAssist, MacAssist, and WebAssist are software designed to configure the printer for use on a network. The following are features of EpsonNet WinAssist, MacAssist, and WebAssist.

EpsonNet WinAssist is configuration utility software for administrators for Windows that allows you to configure the Internal Print Server for TCP/IP, NetWare, AppleTalk, and NetBEUI.

The EpsonNet MacAssist is configuration utility software for administrators for Macintosh that allows you to configure the Internal Print Server for TCP/IP and AppleTalk.

From EpsonNet WinAssist and MacAssist, you can start EpsonNet WebAssist, the web-based configuration utility that allows you to configure the Internal Print Server for TCP/IP, NetWare, AppleTalk, and NetBEUI.

From EpsonNet WebAssist, you can make many of the same settings you can make with the printer's control panel. You can also obtain information about the printer status and consumables.

SNMP settings such as SNMP community, IP trap, and IPX trap settings are available with EpsonNet WebAssist.

Before using the EpsonNet Internet Print utility, you need to set the IPP settings with EpsonNet WebAssist. Settings can be made without changing the default printer name.
