Using the Control Panel

Changing MP Tray Settings

Follow the steps in this section to specify the type and size of paper loaded in the MP tray, and to select the appropriate orientation for the document to be copied. See Loading the MP tray for information on loading paper into the MP tray.

Press the Paper button on the Ready to Copy screen.

Press the Change button.

Note:

If no button is pressed for more than 1 minute, any changes made are canceled and the Ready to Copy screen appears with the original settings preserved.

Select the type of media loaded in the MP tray.

Select the paper size. For A4, Letter, Executive, or B5 paper, use the table below to select the correct orientation setting.

If no button is pressed for more than 1 minute, Ready to Copy screen appears with the original settings preserved.
