Installing Microsoft® Internet Explorer

You need Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.01, or later, or Netscape® Navigator version 4.05, or later, already installed. A compatible version of Internet Explorer is included on the printer driver CD packed with the printer. To install it, double-click the "exe" file designated below. To open the file, either use Explorer or right click on the CD icon and select "open." Double-clicking the icon causes the EPSON software installation program to open automatically.

Note:
You cannot install Internet Explorer from the EPSON software installation program. You must use the Internet Explorer installation program.

Note for Windows NT 4.0 users:
If you have not yet upgraded with Windows NT Service Pack 3, install the Windows NT Service Pack included on the CD packed with the printer before installing Microsoft Internet Explorer. Follow the instructions in Msie\W9x_nt40 \Nt4sp3\Readme.txt on the CD. Also read License.txt in the same directory. The installation programs are found at the following locations on the CD.

Msie\W9x_nt40\Ie50\le5setup.exe

NT 3.51 users:
Msie\Winnt351\Setup.exe
