Offset Stacking mode

In the Offset Stacking mode, individual print jobs or multiple copies are output simultaneously to the optional Shifter. The print jobs are separated by shifting the output slightly to the left and then to the right. This offset stacking allows individual users to easily find their own print job.

The Offset Stacking mode supports the following paper sizes.

A4, Letter, A5, B5, Legal, Half Letter, IB5, Government Letter, Government Legal, Executive, F4, Monarch, COM10, C5, DL, Custom (min 98.4 mm x 148.5 mm
max 215.9 mm x 355.6mm)

Select the Offset Stacking mode in one of the following ways.

Using the printer driver
Select Offset Stacking in the printer driver. For more information on using the printer driver, see the driver's online help.

Using the SelecType
See Printing Menu for information on selecting the Offset Stacking mode with the SelecType settings.

Note:

The Offset Stacking mode works with the optional Shifter.

To use Offset Stacking mode, set Out Bin to Shifter and Offset Stacking to On in the Printing Menu of SelecType.
