EPSON PhotoStarter Does Not Work Correctly

EPSON PhotoStarter Does Not Work Correctly
Try one or more of these solutions.

Make sure EPSON PhotoStarter is installed correctly. See, Installing EPSON PhotoStarter and EPSON CardMonitor.

If your selected application does not open automatically when you load a memory card, open the application manually.

Check your settings in EPSON PhotoStarter. To find out about changing settings in EPSON PhotoStarter, see Changing the EPSON PhotoStarter Settings.

Make sure your memory card' s capacity is 512 MB or less and only contains data taken with a DCF standard-compliant digital camera. Memory cards that do not meet these specifications are not supported by EPSON PhotoStarter and EPSON CardMonitor.

Please check the system requirements. When using Mac OS X, this software will not operate in versions prior to 10.2, or in the Classic environment.

For Windows Me and 98
Before disconnecting a USB cable while your computer is running, you need to turn off monitoring in CardMonitor. To turn off monitoring, right-click the CardMonitor icon on the taskbar, and select Turn off monitoring. After disconnecting the USB cable, select Resume monitoring.
If your computer seems very slow while EPSON CardMonitor is on, try one or both of the following solutions.

Turn off monitoring as described above.

Shut down your computer and disconnect all USB cables while the computer is off. Then, start the computer and reconnect all USB cables while your computer is running.
