Note:
Since the quality of any particular brand or type of paper may be changed by the manufacturer at any time, Epson cannot attest to the quality of any non-Epson brand or type of paper. Always test samples of paper stock before purchasing large quantities or printing large jobs.

Note:
  • Poor quality paper may reduce print quality and cause paper jams or other problems. If you encounter problems, switch to a higher grade of paper.
  • Do not load curled or folded paper.
  • Use paper under normal conditions:
    Temperature 15 to 25° C (59 to 77° F)
    Humidity 40 to 60% RH

Single sheets and index cards

A:

The minimum top margin is 3.0 mm (0.12").

B-L:

The minimum left margin is 3.0 mm (0.12").

B-R:

The minimum right margin is 3.0 mm (0.12").

C:

The minimum bottom margin is 3.0 mm (0.12").

Thick paper

A:

The minimum top margin is 20 mm (0.79").

B-L:

The minimum left margin is 3.0 mm (0.12").

B-R:

The minimum right margin is 3.0 mm (0.12").

C:

The minimum bottom margin is 20 mm (0.79").

Note:
  • Depending on the type of media being used, print quality may decline in the top and bottom areas of the printout, or the area may be smeared.
  • Borderless printing is not available when Manual - Front is selected.

Roll paper

Standard margins

Pressing the  roll paper button after printing prints the cutting guideline.

If you press the  roll paper button again and send print data, the margin between the printouts is about 65 mm.

If you send a print job that has multiple pages, or send print jobs continuously, there will be no margin between the printouts.

Borderless

Pressing the  roll paper button after printing prints the cutting guideline.
