Click Print on the File menu of your application or click Options in the Page Setup dialog box.

Click the  Preview icon button in the Print dialog box and then click Preview

Click the Preview icon button in the Print dialog box until the Print button changes into the Save File button and then click the Save File button.

For Mac OS X users
The printer driver settings and utilities appear in the following dialog boxes. The settings in the Print dialog box change depending on the option selected on the pop-up menu in the Print dialog box. The settings in the Page Setup dialog box change depending on Settings selected in the Page Setup dialog box.
