Paper Does Not Feed CorrectlyPaper does not feedRemove the stack of paper and make sure of the following:
The paper is not curled or creased.
The paper is not too old.
See Paper handling instructions The number of sheets in the paper stack does not exceed 20 for photo paper and 1 for Photo Stickers.
Paper is not jammed inside the printer. If it is, remove the jammed paper.
See The paper jams The photo cartridge is not expended. If it is, replace the photo cartridge.
See the User’s Guide -for use without a computer- manual. You have followed any special loading instructions that came with your paper. Load the paper again.
See Loading paper The paper jamsDetach the output tray. Remove all of the paper inside, including any torn pieces, and press the OK button. Reload the paper. If any printing jobs remain, the printer will automatically start printing.
Note:
If your paper jams frequently, make sure of the following:
The paper is smooth, not curled or wrinkled.
The printable side of the paper is face up in the paper feeder.
The paper stack was fanned before loading.
The number of sheets in the paper stack does not exceed 20 for photo paper and 1 for Photo Stickers.
The edge guides are snug against both edges of the paper.
The printer is on a flat, stable surface that extends beyond the printer base in all directions. The printer will not operate properly if it is tilted.
Paper is improperly loadedIf you have loaded the paper too far into the printer, the printer cannot feed the paper correctly. Reload the paper correctly, then press the OK button.
Paper is not ejected fullyIf the paper does not eject fully, detach the output tray and remove the paper.
