Using the printer

For Windows

To use your printer, you need to have Microsoft^® Windows^® XP, Me, 98, or 2000 installed. Other requirements depend on your operating system.

USB connection:
To connect your printer via a standard, shielded USB 1.1 cable, you need a Windows XP, 98, or 2000 pre-installed PC equipped with a USB port. For Windows Me users, your PC must be a Windows Me pre-installed model or upgraded from a Windows 98 pre-installed model.

For Macintosh

To connect this printer to Apple^® Macintosh^® computers, you must use a USB cable. Other requirements depend on your operating system.
