This section explains about the Device and Consumable information screens. See Configuration - Printer Screens about input, print, emulation, and interface information.

The item appears only if your printer supports the function.

Device information

Items

Explanations

Panel canvas

Displays the same information that is displayed on the printer's control panel.

Signal

A signal shows the status level. The green light is on when the printer is idle or printing. The yellow light is on when the toner or oil roll is low. The red light is on when the printer is out of paper or toner, if paper is jammed, the cover is open, or an error has occurred.

LEDs

The LEDs indicates the current operating printer status when you first turn on the printer, during normal operation, and when errors occur.

Remote Control Panel (Start/Stop, FormFeed, Continue, Reset, and Warmup buttons)

You can control the printer with this Remote Control Panel functions. You can get the same result when you click these buttons as pressing the buttons on your printer. The warnings cannot be cleared by the Continue button.

Printer image

Displays the printer image.

Error information box

Displays error/warning information for the printer.

Printer Model Name

The model name of the printer.

IP Host Name

The IP host name of the printer.

IP Address

The IP address of the printer.

MAC Address

The MAC address of the printer.

Memory

The installed memory size of the printer.

HDD

Capacity of the hard disk installed in the printer.

Consumables information

Items

Explanations

Total Pages Printed

Total number of pages that have been printed.

Color Pages Printed

Total number of color pages that have been printed.

Monochrome Pages

Total number of monochrome pages that have been printed.

Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black Toner

The amount of remaining cyan, magenta, yellow, or black toner in each imaging cartridge.

Photoconductor Unit

The amount remaining in the photoconductor unit.

Transfer Unit

The amount remaining in the transfer unit.

Waste Toner

The amount of waste remaining.

Fuser Unit

The amount remaining in the fuser unit.

Information Sheet

Items

Explanations

Menu Selection

Select Information Sheet.

Information Sheet

Select an information sheet you want to print.

Print button

Press this button to print a information sheet you select.

Reserve Job

Items

Explanations

Menu Selection

Select Reserve Job.

User Name

Select a user name. The user's jobs will be listed in the print job list box.

Job List

Select whether the list of the thumbnail image is used.

Job list box

The print jobs of the selected user are listed in this box.

Prev. Page button

Appears in the thumbnail view. It displays the previous page of the job list.

Next Page button

Appears in the thumbnail view. It displays the next page of the job list.

Job Name

Displays the name of the selected job.

Document

Displays the document name of the selected job.

Date

Displays the date when the selected job was sent to the printer.

Job Type

Displays the type of the selected job.

Quantity

Displays the number of copies.

Pages

Displays the number of pages of the selected job.

Paper Size

Displays the paper size of the selected job.

Preview

Preview the selected file.

Rotate Left button

Rotate the preview image 90 degrees to the left.

Rotate Right button

Rotate the preview image 90 degrees to the right.

Delete button

Delete the selected job.

Quantity

Enter the number of copies.

Print button

Print the selected job.

Refresh button

Refresh the status.

Form Overlay

Items

Explanations

Menu Selection

Select Overlay Form.

Form List

Select whether the list of the thumbnail image is used.

Form list box

Lists the form overlay.

Prev. Page button

Appears in the thumbnail view. It displays the previous page of the list.

Next Page button

Appears in the thumbnail view. It displays the next page of the list.

Form Information

Displays the form name, date, and comment of the selected form overlay.

Preview

Preview the selected form overlay.

Rotate Left button

Rotate the preview image 90 degrees to the left.

Rotate Right button

Rotate the preview image 90 degrees to the right.

Delete button

Delete the selected form overlay.

Print button

Print the selected form overlay.

Refresh button

Refresh the status.
