If you select Pairing as the BT Connectivity Mode or On as the BT Encryption setting, the passkey must be entered into a Bluetooth-enabled device before it can communicate with and print from this product.

Note:

Be sure to set a unique passkey before using Bluetooth communication.

To change the passkey, follow the instructions below.

Select BT PIN Code Set.

1. Select the Bluetooth settings.

2. Press the  button.

Press the / buttons to select a number for the first digit, then press the / buttons to change the digit.

1. Select the digit number.

2. Change the digit.

Select numbers for the second through fourth digits in the same manner, then press the OK button to activate the passkey.
