Scanning from the Manual Mode / Using the EPSON TWAIN Manual Mode Window

Using the Full Preview Button

Clicking the Full Preview button opens the Preview window located on the right side of the Manual mode window. In the Preview window, you can view and adjust the quality of your image before scanning. For details on using the Preview window, see Overview of the Preview Window.

EPSON TWAIN offers two preview methods: Preview and Thumbnail preview. You can change the preview method in the Configuration dialog box. For details, see Making Configuration Settings.

Note:

When the Continuous Auto Exposure check box on the Color menu of the Configuration dialog box is selected, the Auto Exposure feature works whenever you click the Full Preview button. See Making Configuration Settings for more information.

When the Automatic Preview check box in the Configuration dialog box is selected, a preview image is automatically displayed after EPSON TWAIN starts.
