|
|
Make sure the printer is turned off and Windows is running. |
Insert the CD-ROM that comes with your printer into your CD-ROM drive. |
The EPSON Installation Program screen opens automatically. |
If the EPSON Installation Program screen does not appear automatically, click Start and Run (Windows 98/95/2000/NT 4.0); or choose Run from the File menu in the Program Manager (Windows 3.1 or Windows NT 3.51). Then, enter D:\EPSETUP.EXE and click OK (substitute the appropriate drive letter if necessary).
Double-click Install Printer Driver/Utility, or select Install Printer Driver/Utility and then click the arrow at the top right. |
In the dialog box that appears, select the printer name and click OK. The printer driver is installed automatically. |
Windows 2000 only: Follow the on-screen instructions to turn on your printer. The printer port configuration starts automatically. For printers connected via USB cable, the USB device driver installation starts automatically at this point. |
When installation is complete, click OK. |
