If you select Pairing as the Communication Mode or turn on encryption, you must enter a Passkey into your Bluetooth-enabled device before it can communicate with the printer. The default Passkey is 0000.

To change the Passkey, follow these steps:

Press the Setup button.

Press the or button to highlight BT PIN Code Set, then press the button.

Press the or button to select a number for the first digit, then press the button.

Repeat step 3 for the second through fourth digits.

Press the OK button to activate the Passkey.
