How To / Maintenance
If you notice a misalignment of vertical lines, you may be able to solve this problem from your computer using the Print Head Alignment utility in your printer software.
| Note: | 
| Do not start the Print Head Alignment utility while printing is in progress; otherwise, your printout may be marred. | 
|  | Make sure A4 or Letter size plain paper is loaded in the sheet feeder. | 
|  | Access the printer software window. If you need instructions, see Accessing the printer software. | 
|  | Click the Utility tab, then click the Print Head Alignment button. | 
|  | Follow the messages on your screen to align the print head. | 
|  | Make sure A4 or Letter size plain paper is loaded in the sheet feeder. | 
|  | Click the Utility icon button in the Printor Page Setup dialog box, then click the Print Head Alignment button. |
