Replacing an Ink Cartridge Before It Is Expended
For best results, use up ink cartridge within six months of opening the package.
To replace an ink cartridge before the status monitor notifies you that the cartridge is expended, follow the instructions in this section.
You can replace an ink cartridge using your computer.
Note:|
You can only replace an ink cartridge by using the printer buttons when an ink cartridge is expended.
If there is a communication problem between the printer and your computer, on-screen instructions for replacing the ink cartridge do not appear. In that case, check all connections and make sure all devices are on.
