Menu selection varies by a printer model.
For touchscreen models press the icon directly on the printer’s screen.
For non-touchscreen models use the arrow keys to select items. Then press OK.
Make sure the printer is powered on and ready to use.
Go to the printer and enter the Wi-Fi setup menu by following one of the methods below depending on your printer.

Select Wi-Fi Setup.
Tap

Setup, and then
Wi-Fi Setup.
Select PIN Code Setup (WPS)/ PIN Code (WPS).
Enter the PIN code displayed on the printer's LCD screen into the wireless router's (access point) utility software, and then press Proceed or OK.
When a completion message is displayed, press OK to finish Wi-Fi setup.
